Ferruccio è Partner del team E&U Strategy, M&A transformation all’interno del gruppo Deals di PwC Italia. Ha iniziato la sua carriera in PwC nel 2006. Si è laureato presso l’Università degli Studi di Napoli "Parthenope" in Economia Aziendale, ed ha conseguito un MBA presso la SDA Bocconi.
Ferruccio ha sviluppato una conoscenza approfondita del mondo dell’Energy & Utility attraverso una focalizzazione esclusiva su progetti per clienti operanti in tale settore
Principali attività: (i) M&A advisor, strategy ed execution (sia sell-side che buy-side) (ii) Valutazione di aziende operative nella vendita energia e distribuzione gas; (iii) Strategic market positioning & planning; (iv) Pianificazione industriale e business plan review per multi-utility quotate/non quotate e per operatori integrati del gas e dell’energia; (v) Business and competitive intelligence; (vi) Commercial due diligence; (vii) Assistenza alla negoziazione in operazioni di partnership/aggregazioni;
Ferruccio ha gestito diversi di progetti lungo tutto la filiera del gas/energia elettrica, rinnovabili, gestione dei rifiuti, servizio idrico integrato, efficienza energetica e teleriscaldamento.

Ferruccio is a Partner of the Energy & Utilities Strategy and M&A Transformation team in PwC Italy.
He started his career in PwC in 2006. Ferruccio graduated in Business Management at the "Parthenope" University of Naples and earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration at the SDA Bocconi University.
He gained a significant experience in the Energy & Utility sector, taking part in and leading several projects in the gas, electricity and multi-utility business.
Main projects: (i) M&A advisor, strategy and execution (both sell-side and buy-side) (ii) Company valuation operating in energy retail and distribution gas sector; (iii) Strategic market positioning & planning; (iv) Business plan modelling and BP reviewing for listed multiutilities and Italian gas and power integrated players; (v) Business and competitive intelligence; (vi) Commercial due diligence; (vii) Negotiation of partnership/business combination
Ferruccio managed an important number of projects in the chain of gas/electricity, renewable energy, waste management, water service, energy efficiency and district heating sectors.

Growing Pains and Growing Power: The EU FSR Comes of Age
Following the remarkable success of its inaugural edition in October 2025, the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation Conference returns on 3 November 2026 at the PwC Campus in Diegem, Belgium.As the EUFSR enters a decisive new phase – marked by the publication of the Commission's FSR Guidelines and the Impact Assessment Report of July 14th, 2026 – the Conference, entitled “Growing Pains and Growing Power: The EU FSR Comes of Age", will once again bring together leading policymakers, European Commission officials, industry leaders and top legal experts to assess the Regulation's evolving implementation and its growing impact on cross-border investments, M&A and public procurement across Europe. The conference programme and speaker line-up are currently being finalised. Among the confirmed participants, senior representatives of the European Commission will offer exclusive first-hand perspectives on the Regulation's enforcement and future direction, including: Thomas Deisenhofer – Principal Adviser, DG Competition of the European Commission; Bonifacio Garcia Porras – Head of Unit, Foreign Subsidies, DG GROW of the European Commission; Henri Piffaut – Adviser, Foreign Subsidies, DG COMP of the European Commission.
